Illusory painting
Illusory painting is the type of painting done inside or outside –
on the elevation of the building, it represents an image that adds something to
or completes the building. Tromp-l’oeil is the type of painting which can be seen
on the walls of old villas, tenements or historic buildings. Nowadays, it is most
popular in Italy but it becomes more and more popular in our country. Wall paintings
are not only an extraordinary way of adorning the interiors, they are also distinctive
signs, something that distinguishes that particular interior from all the others.
Tromp-l’oeils can be found inside luxurious restaurants, hotels and shops. Very
often this technique is used to deceive the human eye – to make it believe that
there is the continuation to the room, to widen the space or to give it more depth,
but also to fill in the missing fragments of the elevation. One of the most famous
magicians of that kind is British illusory painter Julian Beever. (To learn more visit

How do we work?
Stage 1.
First of all we need to agree with you upon the function of the painting.
Is it suppose to serve as a feature that distinguishes your hotel or restaurant from the others? Evoke positive, warm feelings in your clients so that they would like to revisit in the future? Or maybe you would like it to add to the warmth and cosiness of your house or apartment?
Stage 2.
After agreeing upon the function of the painting we need to decide on its topic.
This decision is made by the customer, however if you are not sure what would be the most suitable topic, we will be happy to help and prepare a few draft designs, free of charge. What is more, we always prepare a visualisation of the painting in the interior, to ensure that you will be 100% satisfied with the final effect.
Remember! Until the topic of the painting is decided upon you do not have to pay for the drafts and visualisation.
Stage 3.
Transferring of the draft to the wall.
